So how does the explaner work exactly?

It works by training the muscles to follow a swing plane. As the golf professional, i will set the Explaner up for you. You will then grip the wieghted roller, and with my guidance work steadily through the swing until we have the required setup and swing plane. Your muscles can create what is known as muscle memory, after a number of Explaner lessons with me your muscles will naturally take on the swing planes learned on the Explaner, this will see your swing move from the confines of the teaching area into a real life useable swing. This really does turn swing thoughts into swing feelings.

The Explanar also gives the golfer their most effective bio-mechanical swing possible, giving straighter, more consistant shots and much improved ball striking, this resulting in longer and more consistant shots on the golf course.
